For purchases of products with a total cost of fifty-nine euros and ninety cents (€59.90) euros or more and weighing up to 3 kg, the customer is not charged with shipping costs nationwide.

Valid for payment by credit or debit card and bank deposit.

Cash on delivery is the only payment method that your order is charged with an additional €2.00.

For purchases of products with a total cost of less than fifty-nine euros and ninety cents (€59.90) the customer is charged with shipping costs of three euros (€5.00) nationwide.

Shipping costs include packaging costs, as well as handling costs.

In the event that the customer wishes to send his order in two shipments (e.g. to send the immediately available products and to make a separate shipment of the products that are not immediately available, the shipping costs are calculated for each shipment separately, regardless of the single calculation made at the registration of the order.

In the event that the final value of your order differs from the value of the initial order (e.g. due to lack of stock) and after being informed the customer has chosen to have the available products sent to him, the calculation of shipping costs is determined by the final value of the order, regardless of the value of the original order.

In case of change (return of products and new shipment), the difference between the new shipment and the return is calculated for the new shipment as the purchase value. In the event of non-receipt of the products due to the customer's negligence, the customer's account will be charged with shipping costs, regardless of whether costs were not charged in the original shipment. Changes, replacements or refunds are made only after communication, consultation and instructions received by the customer.
